Salad Station

Salads tossed tableside and are accompanied with assorted dressings and salad toppings.

Tossed Salad

As only the Village Tavern Restaurant can make salads, an assortment of peppers of various colors,

onions, carrots, cucumbers, purple cabbage and tomatoes. $3.50 pp.

Spinach Salad

Fresh spinach served with warm bacon dressing. $4.00 pp.

Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce, with sliced mushrooms, grated Parmesan cheese and

 croutons served with Caesar dressing. $4.00 pp.

Antipasto Salad

An Italian experience. $4.50 pp.

 

Pasta Station

Radiatore, Farfalla, Penne Rigatta or Rainbow Fusili pasta

sautéed in extra virgin olive oil to order.

With the following toppings:

Virgin olive oil with garlic, calamata olives, sundried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese,

 artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and roasted red peppers. Included chaffers of Marina sauce, Alfredo sauce,

 Basil-Pesto sauce, parmesan cheese, crushed red peppers and rolls. $14.00 pp.

Add Chicken Breast $3.50 pp.  Meatballs $2.00 pp.  Shrimp & Scallops $4.50 pp.

 

Vegetarian Wok Stir Fry Station

Stir-fry fresh snow peas, cauliflower, broccoli, baby carrots, sweet red peppers, Bermuda onions and mushrooms

 in toasted sesame oil and served with Tamari soy sauce and black Japonica rice. $9.50 pp.

Add Chicken   $5.00 pp. Shrimp  $8.00 pp. Tofu $3.00 pp. Sirloin Beef $7.00  pp.

Grill Station

Meats are roasted over live mesquite grill and served with crusty rolls and accompanying sauces.

Roasted New Zealand Lamb Chop

Served with rosemary demi glaze. $25.50 pp.

Tandoori Salmon

Tandoori curry fresh grilled salmon with mango-ginger salsa and

wasabi mayonnaise. $22.00 pp.

Tenderloin of Beef

Grilled Tenderloin with a shitake mushrooms burgundy wine sauce or horseradish sauce. $27.75 pp.

London Grill-Eye of Sirloin of Angus Beef

Medallions seasoned with garlic aioli and fresh cracked black pepper. Grilled and served with zippy

horseradish sauce and mushroom red wine sauce.$17.75 pp.

Honey-Ginger Glazed

Chicken Breast

Medallions of Chicken Breast marinated and served with ginger teriyaki sauce and fresh papaya-lime salsa.

$14.50 pp.

Loin of Pork Grilled Luau

Medallions of all white meat of pork grilled and served with fresh grilled pineapple and pineapple salsa.

 Hot lemon grass curry sauce, served on the side. $14.50 pp.

 

Mixed Grill Combination Station

Fresh Vegetable Grill Station

Grilled vegetables, choice of three:

 Asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, zucchini, portabella mushrooms, red & yellow bell peppers,

or Bermuda onions. Served with black Japonica rice and steamed rice.

Choice of two sauces:

 Hollandaise, Marinara, Mornay, Crèole, Mango Salsa, Pesto Herb Rémoulade. $14.50 pp.

 

Smoked Seafood Station

Vermont maple Smoked Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels, Trout and Salmon attractively arranged

around Smoked Trout Pate, with cornichons and calmata olives.

Served with levarsh flat breads. A unique treat.
